Reaching Out (Mission)
We believe the most effective way to reach out in Christ's name happens through people inviting people.
We believe that a life will reach a life. Each believer develops genuine relationships with friends and family and extends an invitation to them. Evangelism gets to be a normal lifestyle, a way of winning others to Christ, one by one.

The Alpha Course is an 11-week course where you can learn about (or brush up on) the basics of Christianity. Each session begins with a shared meal. After dinner we'll explore the big questions of life. Have you ever wondered, "Why does God allow suffering?," or "What about other religions?" Bring your questions and opinions for a lively discussion.
The next Alpha course begins in September, 2009. Stay posted for exact dates.

C.L.A.S.S. 401
C.L.A.S.S. 401 is the final C.L.A.S.S. (Christian Life and Service Seminars) in Celebration's basic series designed to move people from becoming part of a church family (CLASS 101), to developing the spiritual habits that lead to spiritual growth (CLASS 201 or Alpha), on to discovering the unique S.H.A.P.E. for ministry God has given to you in order for you to serve God (Class 301). CLASS 401 will equip you to be "unleashed" to take God's Good News into your community and the world.

We love and serve God and our neighbors around the block and around the world in a variety of ways. We provide "small touches" through water give-aways, free carwashes, handing out stamps at the Post Office on April 15th, and have organized larger efforts such as gathering donations of money and materials and work teams to aid approximately 30 families devastated by Katrina in Pascagoula, Miss. and New Orleans.
We support within our community through food bank contributions, refugee aid, and encourage volunteerism by individuals and groups. We also support international aid efforts through the Paul Carlson Partnership and Covenant World Relief
